Within 30 days of your original order date: if you need a different size or your product is damaged, please email us at email@example.com for approval and RMA#.
Include your original order number, email address, and name on the order, as well as details of the issue. You will receive an RMA # and approval to return the shirt for the exchange.
If a different size is needed, a new order is required to be placed for the correct size prior to returning the original product.
If exchange is required due to received damage, replacement will be sent out.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Instructions on where to return will be provided on the RMA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
